Employer Subscription Tiers

Pay-per-Job

Rs. 10,000 per job. Access is granted for one verified job posting credit after Dream Job admin approval. No candidate database access is included.

Half-Yearly

Rs. 1,00,000 for 180 days with 12 job postings. Access opens only after admin approval and payment verification. No candidate database access is included.

Annual Premium

Rs. 3,00,000 for 365 days with unlimited job postings, featured listing support, and priority assistance. No candidate database access is included.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Recruitment Service Fees

All recruitment service fees are non-refundable once OTP-verified employer access is approved and hiring services begin. Premium employer posting plans are available through Dream Job admin approval, and candidate database ownership remains fully controlled by Dream Job admin.
