Data Collection & OTP Authentication

Authentication

We use OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS and Email to ensure secure access. By providing your number or email, you consent to receive these transactional messages.

Candidate Resumes

By uploading a resume, candidates consent to their data being shared directly with the Dream Job administration for recruitment processing.

Employer Access Boundary

Employer plans provide job-posting visibility and recruitment-support services only. Candidate profiles, contact information, resumes, and the candidate database remain accessible exclusively to the authorized Dream Job Placement admin team.

Data Portability

Admins reserve the right to download candidate summaries in Excel format for recruitment processing and offline matching.

Analytics & Source Tracking

Optional analytics run only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies. These analytics may include lead source, landing page, pages viewed, job share clicks, WhatsApp apply clicks, approximate session activity, browser details, and masked IP address. Essential OTP, form, login, and security cookies continue to work without analytics consent.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your contact data to marketing agencies. Data is used strictly for recruitment purposes within the Gems & Jewellery Industry.

Security

Data Protection Expectations

  • SSL encryption should be enabled on the live domain.
  • OTP verification is used to strengthen secure access.
  • Candidate resumes and phone numbers should be stored with basic privacy safeguards.
  • Data should be used only for recruitment operations and matching.
  • Analytics and source-tracking dashboards are restricted to authorized Dream Job administrators.
  • Visitor analytics store masked IP addresses and sanitized URLs where practical, reducing unnecessary personal data exposure.
  • Login security logs may retain IP and browser details only for abuse prevention, throttling, and admin security review.
  • Visitors can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer and change their analytics preference.

Retention & Rights

Retention, correction, withdrawal, and deletion requests

Operational Log Retention

Analytics records are normally retained for up to 13 months, login-security records for up to 12 months, OTP records for up to 90 days, and processed notification records for up to 180 days. Admin can shorten these periods.

Candidate and Employer Profiles

Profiles are retained while recruitment support, account access, legal obligations, or an active business relationship continues. Inactive profiles are reviewed after the configured review period, normally 24 months.

Correction or Deletion Request

Candidates and employers may request access correction, consent withdrawal, account closure, or deletion by emailing hr@dreamjobplacement.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Required Records

Some payment, fraud-prevention, recruitment, contractual, or legal records may be retained when required by law or necessary to resolve an active dispute.
